Craig Suchecki, DPT - the person behind OffScript
Craig spent years as an outpatient orthopedic PT - working in high-volume clinics, seeing patient after patient, feeling limited by only being able to see patients for a 3 hours a week. He quickly realized how much real improvement could be made with more touch-points over days and weeks.
He kept seeing the same thing: people who stopped moving because they were afraid to make it worse or do the wrong thing. And he noticed that the patients who recovered fastest weren't the ones who rested the most - they were the ones who kept going, carefully, with the right guidance.
This is why OffScript exists. To provide fitness programming and injury management that is remote, personalized, and built around your life - not a treatment table.
