Build strength while avoiding injury and improving pain under the guidance of a Doctor of Physical Therapy who personalizes a 7 days/week progressive training program. Think of this as your dream exercise plan.

Run-Train-Recover Program

Train for Race Day under the guidance of a Doctor of Physical Therapy to safely navigate any challenges or setbacks that may arise. Comprehensively prepare your body to cross the finish line with tailored runs, strength training, stretching, and recovery exercises. Think of this as your safe guide through race prep!

Meet Dr. Craig
Dr. Craig Suchecki has years of experience as an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist and has thrived in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality treatment in a high-volume setting. He is passionate about safely guiding patients to keep them active as they progress in their recovery process.

Dr. Craig believes mitigating fear is just as critical for recovery as mitigating pain. He observes that individuals who consistently perform prescribed exercises while continuing their daily activities within a pain-free range experience the best recovery.

By applying this methodology to training and exercise programming,
